    Hi, I've done the new ID log in, and I seem to have a new Avatar as if I was a new player, the rewards I claimed off the Portal yesterday - including the Andre - haven't shown up in game, not have the one million coin.


    Is there a delay on receiving these items, and the avatar sorting itself out, or is there an error ?

    The Million coins Scopley sign in award should appear automatically.

    If you still don't have them, or have only received part of them, please let customer support know and they will check your account.

    Thanks for your question, The Andre that was claimable from portal should be issued promptly after you claimed it. If you have claimed it, and it has not yet appear in your in game rewards within a few hours, drop a message to customer support and they can check it out for you.

    The Andre Is claimable from the Portal. You need to log in with your ScopelyID.

    I just have one suggestion that I want to make.

    They could put at the time of raising the level of talent of the fighters so that we can raise them a certain number of levels nothing more, that is to say that if I only want to raise it 6 levels it can be counted.

    Hi DKMangler,

    Sorry for being a pain in the ass, there is one faction member whom I think is not mobile-phone literate.

    It would really be great if there is a page within the community portal that teaches people how to create the ScopelyID.

    You know, if I only knew this was the case earlier with this person, I might have done the screen capture and step by step instructions myself on my phone and posted it here as a reference for others who are struggling with it, like my factional colleague.

    I also know that you guys simply don't have the time and energy to do these things on a regular basis. But nevertheless I am asking you if you can prepare that step by step guide just this once.
