Duplicate gear pulls
myself and everyone I've talked to about this are completely upset with you giving out like 600 silver hangers for a duplicate gear pull! Each try costs us 50,000 faction coins. Those as you know take a while to get and save up.
Then going to try a gear pull and get a duplicate gear and for that you give those worthless silver hangers! There are only a handful of SS who actually have gear you can buy with those, and most players have those all already.
I litteraly got Somoa Joe 2 of my last 3 tries, and then get the slap of getting the silver hangers again and again!
How about giving something, anything that is more useful? Even giving a few hundred in game cash would be better. Heck even getting coins would be better. PLEASE look into changing this.

It's been suggested many times but as of now there is no plans for it to change

Why? Silver hangers are absolutely useless. Plus there are gold hangers that no one can obtain.
I dont do these gear pulls specifically because there is no consolation for a duplicate pull at all.

Thats why my question was "why?".
Why would items be priced in an unobtainable currency (gold hangers)?
Why would a useless currency be given out (silver hangers)?
I've got over 14k silver hangers and nothing to spend them on.
I've got 3 gold hangers but need 22 more to have anything to do with those.
Before you tell me the silver hangers are not useless to everybody, 4200 silver hangers buys you all of the gear priced in silver hangers and thats IF you have a few of the not currently offered superstars. If I've got 14k and I don't do gear pulls, then how many do people who do the pulls have?

Why ? we'll because that is what they decided, that's why. That is clearly a question you will never have an answer for as they don't have to nor do justify every single decision they take about the game. It'S not any different then all the other loots in the game where common shards are not more useful then hangers

And they should be taken to task for every nonsensical decision they make.
Isn't that the point of asking for feedback and suggestions? To have other sets of eyes go "hey...that doesn't make sense."

I don't do them primarily because I don't have half characters. Now, if that changes, I'd be more inclined.
