I try to provide un-biased feedback and I will continue to do so. However, I will note that I DID pull APA Bradshaw in the milestones and thus for the sake of transparency I will include that information. Moving forward:
Pros:
- In my mind, this is what I expect from an SD event. I had no issues with matchups, though to be fair I do have a few 5ss characters that I can rotate through based on available opponents. I could see how those with only 5sb or below may struggle. Contest rewards were proportionate to the amount of effort put in. Bonus characters were a decent mix of rare, uncommon, and common.
- A lot of people in my faction got the event character, some more than once. From my assessment of the card, APA Bradshaw is a good trainer and solid mid-tier wrestler but he isn't going to be a heavy hitter on anyone's roster the way that someone like Montez Ford would be. As such, I appreciate making him more available to the average player.
- The contest itself (solo and faction) was both very reasonable to max and could be done so without spending much, if anything. Hopefully many did the same as I, which was taking my normally weekly budgeted amount, and using it for flash market refreshes and purchases. I would much prefer to do this rather than loot pulls, where I often come away frustrated. I know many, myself included, are not opposed to spending if there are clear benefits to do so. At the same time, I don't want to "punish" Scopely by removing revenue just because they made a contest character obtainable for those willing to work for him/her.
- Limited time event tours were fine. Not too difficult and decent rewards. I usually don't have much else to say about these in general.
Cons:
- Not really much bad to say here! The only thing I would note is that some players saved their weekly SD coin rewards from last weekend and immediately got a huge boost. This could be seen as unfair. Personally I wasn't bothered by it. It could potentially be an issue if there was fierce leaderboard competition for a top tier card.
Suggestions:
- More of this! I like the 100x points per SD coin, so please don't keep changing it.
- As noted above, I did less loot pulls and more black market ruby refreshes. Maybe in addition to the Flash market event bags (boogeyman in this specific event), you could add in a small solo contest boost (1 ruby = 100 solo contest points for example) so that players who choose one over the other still make progress in the event itself? I admit that this may be hard to implement in a cross-platform sense.
All in all, a good event in which I walk away from the weekend feeling satisfied with the return on my time, money, and effort!

Pros:
- tThe bags this time were really user friendly. They had a high chance for JBL and more than just minimum shards
- The Tours were good, sb tour was for any sb and tag tour was free. Tag Tour also just needed 1 of the apa so that if u had no luck with jbl you still could get bonus with faaroq
- Team Event was good to max and had good rewards for it
Cons:
- Connection errors at the beginning of showdown in fights so we lost points cause of it
- Bonus Champs in solo. Most of them are paid chars and had nothing to do with jbl. Especially no bonus for apa faaroq. why? He was his partner
All in once it was a good sd event with a good chance to get the champ. Hopefully the pull chance in bags will stay in the future events

Overall, the event was kind of middle of the road to decent.
I pulled a 2sb Bradshaw twice and several members of my faction also came away with full cards of various rarity. I dont know if this was the result of a higher percentage in bags or just that the odds landed in our collective favor. My hope is that this is an indication that characters might be a bit easier to recruit. I think that's really needed in this game.
It really felt like something was missing in this event. There were far fewer than usual bonus characters in the showdown. Not necessarily a bad thing but with fewer characters and the limit on points from SD coins, it felt like there weren't enough ways to score points. It's a showdown event, why limit points from showdown coins? Is it because there were only 5 milestones and hitting all 5 was pretty easy? I imagine there is or will be feedback about how hard it was to contribute to the faction total and I do not think Scopely needs to develop events that make faction accounting easier. But I like things to make logical sense and capping points on the main purpose of the event (earning SD coins) does not make sense.
Tours were fine. I still think the first time reward should be the contest points and the bonus should be the unrelated items, but you seem committed to this orientation.
But 3 tours, one that give no contest points, 5 faction milestones, and very few bonus characters just felt like something was missing.
So it wasn't bad, just kind of confusing.

Overall this event would be a solid B+ event across the board:
+high volume of solo contest points available via the portal, SD coins, and bonus guys.
+The event bags had a solid chance of pulling the superstar from them which was a pleasant suprise and hopefully continues in the future.
+Faction event really easy to max for rewards for a large amount of factions.
-Rarity of the bonus guys for solo were a bit rough, not including APA farooq was an odd choice even if he was in the faction event.
I would like to see most future events molded after this one. A very solid event worth the effort that is needed. The only change I would advise is maybe adding 1-2 more semi common bonus point ppl for the solo. Otherwise great job on this event!

Pretty good contest I think, a lot of peoples got him but not I, still I thinks that it was really a good contest, faction contest was also easy this time, solo could b maxed if we had the contest superstars for sure, tours gave a lot of good stuffs too, nice to speak on free rewards from the portal. I'm not upset that I don't got him but I'm upset that a lot of peoples got him, there were more chances from the bag to get a poster if claiming atleat 5 milestones. Still I will say, I like the contest very much, bring more like these and keep layers happy🙂

Yeah, liked this too.
- Very interesting Bradshaw got buffed before or shortly after release - People were calling him not top tier but I think guys like him and Tech AJ are kinda necessary to fill out that middle/upper-middle echelon (which I mean he probably still fills), as opposed to that just being the runoff of former top guys due to powercreep. Besides, the APA link alone is enough to justify having him.
- Ended up with 600 shards, meaning I was one of... six people not to pull him, judging by the thread. I will say that the bags did feel like they weren't just popping out the minimum though, and I was pleasantly surprised to see 100 shards in one of my gold bags.
- Showdown was showdown. Do agree that it was weird to make a lot of matches for a few people, but it's something I'm neutral on. I will say it means that if you don't have the people for the contest, you're in real trouble.
- Tours were also good - not super limiting, but there were limits and people could meet them to some extent. I personally like the solo/faction points being the contest bonus (they're usually not the difference maker unless in edge cases or if you 100% nail them all), and I'd prefer being given guaranteed resources for just playing the tour.
- Deals were pretty average, but I always find that shards tend to be overvalued. The 'Final Loot Special' was actually a pretty decent deal, considering it's 50 bucks worth of pulls for 30, but the loot itself (Shard City, USA) kinda dampened that deal a bit. Strap deals are also nice, as long as the price is right - I think 20 for a strap and some extras a bit much, and I think 10-15 is more the sweet spot, especially since there's a degree of randomness to it all.

I Want that JBL Apa

Ok so enjoyed this showdown event but there was defined an issue with regards to the chances of unlocking Bradshaw from bags. I have numerous faction members who unlocked him 3-5 times from bags while others didn’t get him even once

Solo contest
This was actually a decent solo contest which with required stars was max able without spending which is always nice.
Tours
The tours were decent enoyhj with some nice prizes although 4 apa straps is excessive!
Showdown tournement
You seemed to have hit the nail on the head with these now, they run smooth with less aggressive loss of noteriety meaning its Easier then ever to compete.
Faction contest
Very easy to max but this reflected in the prizes given which were not the best.
Apa bags
So many people pulled jbl from the bags which is nice but some pulled 2 or 3 times while overs didn't get a thing (me included getting only 800 shards) maybe we were unlucky?
Paid loot
Only did one single pull so can't say much about it although it's the same as all paid pulls not great
Overall
Nice weekend with attainable goals and decent rewards. How to improve? More jbl shards

Nice addition but should have been a striker or new /replacement category of brawler

I loved it lot of people got him from the bags but iam not one of them so need him very bad to add him in my roster so I wanna win this

Overall good weekend contest, the drop rate for jbl in bags was quite annoying in the sense that a lot of people got him more than once even at 4s rarity. Other than that the fixes made have improved showdown quite a lot… also the new updates for the inventory screen is a huge improvement imo…
all in all, moving in the right direction..

SOLO CONTEST
- Great rewards, very achievable
FACTION CONTEST
- Milestones are well-scaled, very achievable.
- SD coins shouldn’t be capped at 1,000,000 coins. For a competitive faction with performance tracking, this creates disadvantage to players with unfavorable timezone. Also making it hard for top factions to compete for the leaderboard.
TOURS
- Tours are ok. Giving out 4 of Legendary APA straps is questionable though since there are only 2 of them in the entire game.
SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT
- Run smooth itself. Apart from the game keep crashing at the beginning of it, everything was ok.
- It doesn’t show contest superstars this time around in pre-battle screen like it usually do.
LOOT
- Nothing special. Personally I think anything below 2ss or obsolete free card (i.e. The Miz) shouldn’t be in a paid loot anymore.
Overall it was a decent event.
People getting resources they grinded for and if they’re moderately lucky, Bradshaw.
Revamping him is a good decision, makes him very viable.

Contest superstars didn’t show on showdown and too many superstars who I didn’t have or hard to get required. Also Justin isn’t his name.

I had many server lag issues at the beginning of the contest, so I had not the possibility to do more than a couple of matches before the sd coins prize appeared in the prize box. Another concern is the absence of bonus points in the solo sd contest by using Farooq APA, it would have helped a lot at improving the overall score, and maybe win more prizes. Sorry for my English, I'm from Italy.

Overall its been a pretty solid event.
Good resources on offer to be earned and I'd say reasonable requirements for a lot of it.
I liked that the dev team listened to the feedback about JBL and improved him quickly.
My only constructive criticism is the pull rate from the poster/shard bags seemed really off. I didn't get any poster poster and very low end shards but I've seen a lot of other players pulled the poster multiple times themselves, several got a 4sb and a 4ss poster. Leaving this very unbalanced in this respect. Congrats to those players though

I liked this contest overall. But, the cap on showdown coin points in faction event was a bad decision.
Also, as i say always, i wish the leaderboard rewards in faction contests are better than what we currently receive

Contest as a whole was pretty solid for the new Bradshaw! Like the improvements you guys made to him, was a complete trash character at first and after the update became pretty solid.
a lot of people got Bradshaw from the bags, unfortunately I did not, but pretty solid.
also love the showdown events always pretty good events.
keep making the game better!!!

Contest was okay. But another contest where it was impossible to max it without every single character. For people missing 1 or 2 it was not bad. But the RNG in the bags wasnt good. Many became Justin multiple times (3x, 4x) in lower milestones and others at higher milestones didnt get him one time. Rewards were not bad but more 4ss Token would be nice

Things I liked:
- Getting rid of the "user unavailable" error is still a great improvement and now you can enjoy showdowns, I hope to never see that again.
Things I'd change:
- The showdown event should last longer (two days maybe?) so it's easier for all timezones to play it.
- The event superstars were quite rare in this one, For instance, I only had 2 two of them.
- The matchup algorithm can still be improved, sometimes all you get are opponents you can never beat and have to spend a lot of coin reshuffling.
- I don't understand the limit of 15K SD coins. You should encourage people to play more time. Wouldn't it make sense to raise it? Currently if you max your solo event and hit that 15K mark you have no reason to keep playing...

Contest was good, as it appears more people were able to pull JBL from the milestone bags.
However with showdown events in general, I think it would be better to allow newer players with smaller rosters not to get overmatched so early. An example would be a league 12 player getting with a 450k roster hitting the 5ss wall at 400 noteriety.

Bradshaw and faruuq don't have moves that compliment one another. Speaking of links, why are the WrestleMania links not showing what the perk is?

Overall I’d say this was a pretty good event. 8/10 imo, thank you
Pros:
· Showdown mechanics are working really well. No issues with opponents no found or unable to attack anyone. Thank you for fixing this problem
· Rewards in the solo contest were very good, and scaled well across the milestones. The coin and TP alone was worth the time spent playing it.
· The tours were also very good, not too difficult, and short enough to play through quickly.
· The faction event was very manageable. I'd expect that most factions with active players would have been able to complete it.
· The return of 100 points per showdown coin is very good, please make this the standard for every showdown event.
· Required superstars were also fine for the solo, one or two rare ones but mostly manageable for the majority of the player base.
· 1600 shard recruitment for JBL is moving in the right direction. I still think 1200 is the magic number, and leaves plenty of room for those to get him through shard recruitment.
· Many players seemed to recruit JBL through bags. This is great, and if the odds for this type of recruitment have improved, it will be a lot better for everyone participating.
· Thank you for improving JBL as a character. His initial moveset and abilities really weren’t very good. Thank you listening to the community and improving him. He’s a lot better now.
Cons:
· The shard bags were not great. It’s good that they have changed the scale of bags to slightly less ridiculous maximums, but they need further narrowing. 5-100, 15-200, 25-300 were the bags. Bronze is fine, silver and bronze need to start at higher than 15 and 25 respectively.
· Many players were reporting an issue of seeing the same opponents after a refresh. It shouldn’t be the case that a refresh brings up the same 3 opponents.
· Too many instances of lost health to characters you’re using. I had it at least 3 times where either the first or the second character or both characters had no health after winning the match. It gets tedious having to send requests to support every single time this issue happens.
Overall, a pretty good event, and keep it up. Thank you

In as much as the event was great, I would still have preferred if the milestones gave guaranteed shards rather than the randomness. And also can the showdown coins not be capped for the benefit of all factions

Hi. The event is very nice and there were nice rewards. The problem is that this time there are less contest superstar compared to the previous ones. There should be some more contest superstar in the showdown solo contest. And so many got Justin Bradshaw 'apa' 2-3 times but some didn't get once. So plz also try to distribute rewards equally or the odds should be equal for everyone.

Overall it’s a decent contest. You get a great amount of points from the showdown coins and the milestones give you a lot of coins and tp. My only problem is the bonus characters for the event and the fact that a lot of players were receiving multiple posters of Bradshaw when some got nothing at all. The bonus characters were characters that normally most of the community doesn’t have which makes it hard to want to play since whats the point if you can’t get access to the rewards. As for positives, thanks for fixing Bradshaw since he looks much better than before, the tours weren’t as bad as several contests in the past and the showdown mode itself has been very nice ever since you took away the “can’t attack player” feature. Now we can play showdown and have fun! But anyway that’s all I have for this.

It was a good event. Lots of guy got him from bag (Not me as luck is not good with this game). Nice to se jb APA in game. He is a good trainer.
Milestones- milestones are good and obtainable, but need some corrections. There should be more health pack and blitz tickets in them. Also faction milestones are only 5 and less valuable, need to add more rewards and items.
Tours- Tours are as usual placed. It was Tough to get contest points from them if you have no contest superstar. It would be nice to go for tag matches in future as one can take any open slot superstar and one from contest superstar. That will be useful for new members also.
Showdown ran smoothly but one can be attacked while playing showdown match which happened to me twice this weekend. There should me more contest superstar needed to be add may be era or class wise so that more of us can gain some points.
Simple logic, if player not getting some worthy prizes, they will loose interest in game...

Wish it was easier to get the superstars especially during events
