Mega re-roll 4sg hulk Hogan

It says that a 4 star gold hulk Hogan is available on the market, if I do a mega re-roll is he guaranteed to be there at 4sg or will it be only shards or is he there at random after a mega re-roll? I just wanted to know before I spend 5k web coins on a mega re-roll only to not get what I was saving coins for.

    A mega re-roll just removes the lower rarity items from the pool of potential items during that refresh. There is no guarantee you'll get Hogan or any Hogan shards from the re-roll.

    No reports of Hogan showing for any regular or mega re-rolls so far. I expect you’ll need a lot more than 5,000 web coins to find him. Maybe 5,000,000 might make him appear
