Bianca Belair Showdown Scrimmage Contest [+ Giveaway]

So this was actually a pretty good event . 9/10

Pros -

Most of the points came from the SD which was wonderful and should be modeled similar in the future , wasn't a pure spend event i was able to spend minimum and grind away and are currently in 7th place

I enjoyed tours which require multiple superstars , I enjoy using a variety,

The contest character's for SD was decent , would of enjoyed seeing a few more men thrown in the mix

Way better separation of milestones , wasn't too top heavy or bottom heavy

Cons -

yet again having the promotional contest character gives you event points towards getting the character

leaderboards next a revamp - In 7th place i will get her poster at 3ss however i only need less than 200 shards to get her at 4ss, it would of been optimal for me to come in the top 50 instead of top 20 , What i propose is also putting shards in the higher packages that come with the character

Bianca victory tour in my opinion should be a playable tour for lets say striker woman and then have Bianca just for the Contest bonus

The 3rd reset fiasco was a nice surprise , however didn't seem to benefit everyone and might come with backlash

Seemed like reward bags were dropping close to the bare minimum all 5's in bronze bags was disappointing

Overall a pretty solid event!

Couple of small hiccups with the normal tour bug and the reset timer issue that allowed some to gain an extra 1.5 mil in the contest. But other than that it was a painless weekend!

rewards were okay if they could be obtained. The characters used to get points should be a better mix of free or easy to get and pay to obtain or previous chase rewards. Out of the 19 women I have only 2 helped to give points so it left the event overall hard to enjoy unless I spent hundreds of dollars chasing characters near impossible to get

This contest is all bout money like every other contest. Even if u have all the characters u will still not able to hit the all milestones and u have to spend. Even if u spend u don’t get her shards u get some other shards that u already have characters for and that is just so annoying. Make the game better and less spend and more resources pls

PROS:

• The choice of Contest Superstars....very well balanced, and I'm saying this while not having the Street Profits
• The possibility to unlock the New Superstar at 4 star-silver instead of 4 star-gold has a beneficial effect on everything
• More ways to complete the event certainly give the players the concrete feeling that they're not wasting time

CONS:

• Even though the event was easy to max, basic rewards like coins and TPs should be in lower milestones
• Having to check how many matches were left for both the Faction and the Solo Event sure makes the players a lot of time....what happened to the CS Button on the Showdown Homepage?
• On iOS injured Superstars can no longer be placed in the Faction Healing Chat....how long will this go on?

The contest is as all other contests! Fine,if you have all required superstars! But why could get some players earn the 15000 showdown coins for a third time and others,like me ,not!

The showdown scrimmage was about " what could have been"

What could have been a great event, had the reset glitch not happened.

What could have been a great event had there been a bit more shards for bianca on offer.

What could have been a great event had it actually lasted the time it was meant to be.

Having said that, taking nothing away from scopley who did a good job with the event.

1) Giving 100 points for showdown coins was a fantastic move. It helps that you play and get rewarded in a way that even without spending money, you can get to decent rewards in the milestones.

2) The fact that is was scheduled to last longer than usual attracted a lot of eyeballs. ( I personally would have been glad to have the timer reset so that i could get another chance to max the showdown coins).

I didn't spend money, had only ronda and naomi as special characters, but i was able to get to 14th milestone. So, i feel the event was kept in a way that f2p players can play and enjoy and not feel left out. There could certainly be certain improvements though which i have listed below.

IMPROVEMENTS :

1) Considering it was a F / M showdown, there should have been male contest superstars as well ( apart from just street profits).

2) The timer got reset for some and while it didn't for the others which makes the other half of the players feel cheated. Things like these can surely be avoided.

3) There should have been more shards for bianca on offer to give the players a realistic chance to aim at recruiting her.. The silver bags that were supposed to give 10-300 shards rarely gave anything above 20/25. We could work on increasing the number of shards one gets from the competition ( not making it awfully easy ofcourse, but tempting enough to lure players to push).

4) The number of 4ss tokens have seen a bump in the last event and this one as well, but still there could be a bit more on offer.

Let's hope the game gets better and we enjoy it even more.

The showdown events have been improved drastically now that you can attack all opponents without the "recently attacked" pop up. This Bianca event was solid until you hit the 5 star silver Carmella / Mr Socko wall. It is frustrating that there are so many unique characters in this game, yet everyone just uses the same ones.

An idea I have for next showdown is to put requirements on the defenses. For example, your defense could have any Bella Twin and any John Cena, or something like that, allowing us to see variety when it comes to showdown matches

This was a good event. The solo event was better because it had more matches. In addition, the reset on Sunday afternoon was an added bonus. I do think it is still much too difficult to get enough shards for a character. The 3 and 4 shards for purchases is too little for the price. In theory, a character should cost a few hundred if you want to buy it. At 3 or 4 shards, you are talking over a thousand with a maxed out solo contest. That is a bit overboard.

To max the event you have to have paid to get the Sasha, and Chyna.... kind of hard to feel like our time is well spent. Bianca is an amazing superstar in and out of game. This might be the only chance to get her

The showdown was particularly bad this time. Ran into the wall of 5ss opponents at around 400 notoriety and couldn't break past 500. Nothing but perked and strapped out 5ss Lanas, Carmellas, and Chynas. I was only attacked three times and one of them was someone just lowering their notoriety.

Because of that I was unable to max the event even though I had all of the required superstars except for Bianca.

I would advise in these please try to add more common characters for bonus points then top tier characters so that most community can participate and can get the rewards.... also you try to give some cash pulls as top tiers rewards like 5 pulls or 3 pulls

Overall, A good contest. I was satisfied with the milestones I could make & the rewards were acceptable. My biggest critique is the reset of the SD event. It isn't fair a few people were able to take advantage of a 3rd reset of the SD event. It is ridiculous to decide in the middle of the event to suddenly change anything in the event after starting & there should be compensation sent to everyone.

Overall a very good event with only a few issues:

-The random showdown reset for some and inaccurate showdown countdown was problematic and difficult to plan around. Communication about the error or an announcement of the correction on the timer would have went a long way.

-Having only two bonus point males in a mixed tag match was a bit low.

+ Having approximately 6.8m points available if you maxed all the showdown coins made a good portion points available for everyone who may grind but not spend for points.

+The prizes were decently spread out compared to previous months events. Even the leaderboard rewards looked a bit nicer then previous events.

+No issues finding matches in the actual showdown event.

This was a strong improvement over the previous months events and with a few minor tweaks would be considered perfect. Thank you for the improvements.
