4ss Availability

I think that the lack of 4ss tokens are really starting to put a drag on the gameplay. During this last MLC there was not a 4ss token available to the players outside of the prize wall until the Flash Feuds this past weekend. Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal, but when it costs 40 4ss tokens to evolve a poster to 5sb and 60 to enhance one to 5ss, it slows everything down. It would be appreciated if you could take a look at this and see if anything can be done to make this better. Thank you

Having these more tokens in dailies, SD milestones or MLC tours would be beneficial. Need to stop going backwards when it comes to token availability.

There is a shortage of 4ss tokens in the game. Given the fact that it needs 100 4ss tokens to go from 4sg to 5ss, the scarcity of the tokens pushes the player back in the game.
For instance, you can get all the tokens (including 5sd) to get a superstar to 5ss but what stops him is the lack of availability of 4ss tokens.
There should be a revamp to introduce more ways to get 4ss tokens.
For instance, they should be included as a first time reward in limited time MLC tours, they should also appear more often in the event milestones.
They could even be introduced as a reward in the blitz.
Either ways, the point to note is that we need more 4ss tokens to avoid a bottleneck situation.

Can agree, I only seem to have trouble with 4SS tokens - it's to the point I want less 5 star tokens in favor of significantly more 4SS tokens.

I completely agree that 4ss tokens are very hard to get and upsetting the balance of the game I cant imagine what new players are going through...

Recently in a couple of month I can only manage to buy by cash in or by t-shirt of MLC... But the quantity of token is very less ..
Suggestions..
It's high time to change daily tours rewards because if I take example of mine I stop playing daily tours because it consume too much time and only I get handful rewards is tp poster. And rather then it's wastage of time...

There are two main token bottlenecks in evolving three and four star superstars in this game; 2SS tokens and 4SS tokens.
2SS tokens are a bottleneck because of demand. To move a superstar up from a 3SB jobber recruit to 4SS is 230 2SS tokens.
4SS tokens are a bottleneck because of supply. There is just no reliable way to accumulate them through game play.
The stipulation Tour shop would have mitigated that problem somewhat however when you took four slots away for IWM shards and did not expand the shop we can sometimes go days between appearances of 4SS tokens.
Please expand the stipulation shop by 6 or 9 slots and have them all be eligible to offer 4SS tokens.
Better, have at least three new slots dedicated exclusively to this resource, thanks!

Completely agree. Getting 4ss tokens has been a slow and painful process over the last few months. We need a lot more tokens to scale up. Put them in milestone rewards, add more to the store packs (which seem to have none lately), feud rewards...there are endless possibilities.

I leave this feedback frequently. The game has far, far too many different currencies such that the game developers are never able to give proper attention to all of them. Lately that has meant 4ss tokens are disproportionately hard to come by, but headliner chips and DiBiase diamonds are also too much of an after thought.
Something needs to change, we either need to be able to exchange tokens we don't need for those that we do or the variety of them needs to contract.

I would like a merge/breakdown system like in other games: combine 3x 3ss into 1x 4ss, or convert 1x 5ss into 3x 4ss. Please note that is just an example and actual ratios may need to be adjusted based on initial feedback.

that's a popular idea especially from older players that have tons of nearly useless tokens. I'm surprised we aren't seeing more feedback in this thread. Be sure to put the word out to your factions if this is a real pain point for them.

I saw there was a similar thread made about this a couple months ago. In there someone from Scopely said that there were plenty of tokens available on the prizewall, and then suggested Diamond pulls as well.
Well all of that is true, unfortunately there are only 30 token cases available in the prizewall and Diamond pulls are also limited by the number of diamonds they make available.
But let’s take their suggestions and play them out. We buy the 30 cases for 1700 in prizewall currency. After that we use our Diamond pulls. I think a decent number of diamonds we can get in a month is 75k, which is 15 pulls. We now have 45 pulls for 4ss tokens. That averages out to about 7-8 of each class.
I don’t know if Scopely is aware of this, but just to move a card from 4sg to 5sb, it takes 40 4ss tokens to get it done. Now I also know that we can buy a token package on the prize wall that gives us another 10 in one class, so now we are at 18 for the month. Not even halfway to being able to take a card to 5sb.
I think it is time for the people at Scopely, with the help of some of the player base, to actually rework the entire economy of this game. The lack of 4ss tokens is just one symptom of the economy problem in this game.
The dailies, both the Deadman’s Daily and the daily color tours need to be revamped. There are far too many 1ss tokens given out in these and nothing higher than 3sg tokens. That needs to change. There is no reason that the B side node of the hard tour gives 5 1ss tokens as the reward. If it wasn’t for the fact that I need to beat that to get to hell mode, I wouldn’t bother with it. The Deadman’s Daily is just as bad. The entire tour gives out less than 300k in coins per day. That isn’t enough to take a card up one level at 4sg.
I know that both of them were redone a little more than a year ago, but that was when cards maxed out at 4sg, and even then it wasn’t enough at the time. You guys really need to reconfigure the economy of this game

I agree 4ss are a pain to get, you get one random on dailies on a Sunday he'll final node why not add more during the week, or scale up the difficulty as ya league up, or I like the trade I'm deal I got hundreds if not thousands of 1* and 2* tokens I could do without clogging up my inventory

This is really a problem for me as well my roster is at a standstill in making progress as the lack of 4SS Tokens being available combined with the amount needed to upgrade a character has made it almost impossible to upgrade.
This is a current example:
At this rate it is hard to make upgrades.

Blitz rewards would be the best place, even as faction milestone rewards as blitz rewards has been garbage for a long time and the faction rewards for this blitz are laughable.
Scopely at various times gives out thoughtful rewards for milestones of events and then goes completely backwards at other times.

Would be nice to see the number of these tokens scaled up dramatically
Hundreds of 4ss tokens are needed each month to make 5ss enhances possible.
Having 1 token at the end of the Sunday tour just isn't cutting it.

Agreed on the 4ss tokens. It seems like the ability to acquire coins and TP has been increased for sure, which is much appreciated, but the 4ss tokens are the blocker for pretty much every character I'm working on at the moment.
