Crashes during Stipulation tours

Hi

I would suggest u find a solution to the stipulation tour, if u plan on making this tour a success.


Here is the issue.


If game crashes during a blitz, or even a normal tour match, or feud for that sake, u can still try again with at least 1HP, if ur game crashes during stipulation tour, well then its game over, and u have to pay ingame cash to try again. I just had this happen to me again, and its getting a bit boring.


I pushed play on 1st match on Hell mode, and game instant crashed. When I got it loaded up again, I got prompted with the message that I failed to win the tour, and I can try again (If I pay cash for it).

At least give us some alternatives, when the error is on ur part, and dont tell me its on my part, and heres why:


I play other games on my Ipad too, so many different, and play em for several hours straight, and never had one single crash EVER, but this game on the other hand, the crashes are so random, sometimes 15 min in - Boom - Crash..


Then I thought, well I'll just go on web player, but that one is messed up too.. Either I get that message after 20 min saying it ran out of memory, or suddenly when I start a match, all I see is a black screen with all the gems, but rest of graphics is gone, again here its a server issue, but we saw during the Black Market thing, how u prioritize ur game servers, they could use an upgrade.


This mode could be good, but with the current state regarding crashes, its not..

    Being able to play other games without issue isn't an indication that the problem isn't on your end. Games are different and use different resources on your phone which may lead to different problems. It's akin to the classic example of a specific game not working on your console and saying it must be the disc that is broken and not your console because all other games work only for the system to eventually fail or begin having problems with other games. I have never experienced a crash on the stipulation tour and crashes in general are extremely rare with the last crash I experienced more than 3 months ago across 5 different devices. If the problem was primarily on our end you would expect extreme widespread issues with it as opposed to one offs. The forum would be flooded with these posts along with other avenues. Many players never experience crashes like this. If you do experience a crash then you should contact support and see if they are able to assist. This really seems to be more of a suggestion rather than an actual bug.

    I asked in my faction, and I am for sure not alone one this, we have just given up. CS cant do anything about stip tour, but trust me, faction members send tickets to CS daily to get HP back, cause this game crash a lot.
