Is Trivia Rumble buggy?

Hi,

can someone tell me if the trivia rumble is buggy? Every time i win i get the web coins added to my current web coins. After i closed the website and opened it again it goes back to the amount i had prior to the trivia rumble.

So for example i had 500 played and won one trivia got to 600. Restarted the portal and i am back at 500.

Is it like that for everyone? Where i report these kinda portal bugs?
