Mystery Coins - Wrestlemania Event

You really don't give a damn about players outside the top 1% spenders. This is a terrible excuse for a prize that people spent hours and other currency(Blitz tickets) to go for. The whole "Free Superstars" is deceptive and we see that for what it is.

Look at the path to get any of them. 20 shards of Macho in the showdown shop is 9000 SD Coins. Even at a high level I'm capped at 1200 SD Coins per day. He costs 1200 shards. That is many months, especially since I won't be able to spend 9000 per day. I also will lose out on 9000 SD coins worth of other needed resources each day (TP, Tokens, etc)

Then lets say in 2022 when I finally get him, he is probably an average superstar and will surely be pushed way down the list of superstars with the 3-4 new guys released per month. Then I recruit him and have to spend all the resources to get him up to a competitive level. He will probably be more useable as a promoter which is a very little bump to whatever the bonus is. When you put out all these announcements and said "Biggest release ever" there was modest excitement but most of the community was thinking "What's the catch" There is always a catch with you guys. When players see what is actually "Free" it is absurd. Maybe your whales have hundreds of thousands of SD coins and IGC and can buy the shards and refresh to get the superstars earlier, if they even want them, but most of your base is looking at this as another Scopely shiny OMG look at this object that means nothing.

If you want to get people excited about the game again, give us better odds on these pulls. People are wasting $100 on pulls and getting worthless shards. Or even pulling a featured only for it to be a common character that was put in the "Featured" catalog... See: Harlem Heat, Rick Rude. Eventually players hit a point where it's "Why am I doing this" and either go to other games or go to Free to play. Things you hear in the community... Loot is overpriced, I'm constantly wasting money and getting frustrated after pulls, the company doesn't care about me as a mid level player, the contest milestones are unattainable, there is more I can do with my time than this game. This is the real feedback you need to address. You priced everyone out because you know a few guys will put in $1,000's for every contest and that in turn screws the rest of us. Stop rolling out meaningless stuff and do the little things that will make a happier player base. I'm sure there is great advice in the surveys, pull those out of the recycling bin and get creative. This game has so much potential, but unfortunately it looks like the bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction. It should go hand in hand. Marketing 101 - Happy customers are willing to spend more and feel value of your product. You have a bunch of frustrated people that feel left out and are providing a subpar service at an excessive price.

This is pandering and insulting.

If you had advertised from the start of the month, that those coins collected would go towards low-shard bags that are a minuscule fraction of what's needed to recruit the card:

*Players wouldnt have blitzed and used nearly as many tickets

*Players wouldnt have spent real money to acquire the needed loot coins to finish the last milestone (This is the real crime here)

Because of the above, there is no "difference in opinion" you hung out a unknown currency, promising huge returns, then attached spend requirements to obtain all the coins, and then revealed it was shards, not recruitable characters and to add more insult...an extremely low percentage of shards per bag as well.

Youre disgusting for trying to put lipstick on such a sham, and chalking up screwing over some of your most dedicated players as "difference of opinion" and "valuable feedback". Cant wait for you guys to get hit with a class
