Use of term “champ”

Maybe it’s PTSD (not to make light of it) from customer service constantly using this term when they don’t resolve issues for months on end... I find it demeaning when mods respond with this phrase. We all have usernames, so what’s the point in using this? You are responding to a person, why not just tag them rather than use “champ”?

Hello Robison. All players are "champions" and the branding used makes sense to be consistent across different platforms. That being said. I don't believe the mods use "champ" anymore. Thanks
