New 4th anniversary party superstar and free character changes

I want to know why this different moves are happening between Tucker and Otis so please change tucker moves because I'm thinking that the only free character we are getting is always useles because Otis have new snow fall gem moves but the is having waste moves because he is a free character so please add him also a snow fall gem moves because you have created 3 superstar according to snow fall gem moves and we don't have any character like that snow fall gem moves in our roster so please change Tucker any moves to snow fall gem moves
