MVP leveling up

Can someone tell if it's possible to evolve mvp to at least 4sb with the amount of evolve tokens that will be available in the contest or at least 3sg. Also is it best to use the tokens as we get them or wait till the contest is over to use them when the leveling up system returns to normal for him. I appreciate any help that's given

    It will be possible by the end of month to level him to 4sg assuming you participate in all the side contests. 4sb should be easy if you're maxing blitzes, and most of the coin and TP events by the end of around 2 weeks if you look at previous months. I've always leveled the free superstar as it makes sense to do so, to maximize what points you can get from events.
