Why give out shirt coins

Hi,

this is becoming really annoying and unfair play. Why are we being rewarded with items such as shirt coins at the end of an event and we are unable to cash them in? Do you ever factor in that people live if different time zones?

Hello @DABOSSFAYAD we can request the prizewall be returned for a limited time. This is the standard for MLC events to give you the prizewall currency for use in that month's prizewall. Thanks

It used to be 24hours after the MLC has ended. It will be good to leave it at that. Or if not shirts should be discarded from the MLC faction and solo tours and just give coins or TP. That limited window leaves only the guys who are in a less punishing window to claim items on the prizewall.

The 3 hour window you provided to use shirts is completely and utterly ridiculous. For those of us who were waiting to collect the final faction rewards so that we could spend our shirts on higher valued ticketed items are sadly out of all of our tickets. It is a disgusting business practice you have where you mark CLEARLY AND CONCISELY how long is left to PURCHASE MONEY ITEMS but leave ambiguity in how long you have to claim items using shirts. Good job ostracizing your free to play customers. I'm sure they are delighted by all their wasted hours of game play. Your business lacks integrity and whoever it is that made the decision to remove the shirt store in this manner should be reprimanded heavily. This is not the way to run a business, and quite frankly, I think many PAYING CUSTOMERS, myself included will stop playing this game. Do better Scopely, you greedy, dishonest, money grabbing, callous, and incompetent company.

That would be good, you cannot expect a small window is going to be available for people in a different time zone, I’m in south Australia and it would have been 3 or 4am when they stopped allowing us to use the coins after the event. This should be a 24hour opportunity to all everyone a chance to spend what has been rewarded with.

Following on from that, if I could make a suggestion:

when errors in the players' favour like this occur, why not leave them as they are and give everyone the same opportunity to benefit?

The goodwill you would generate is huge and it is clear that any attempt to correct the issue just creates further problems.

Especially when the majority of those who earned 40k t-shirts spent them before you could try to remove them.

Just a thought.

And because it is "the standard for MLC events" it shouldn't be questioned if it is correct or not? I'd even say it MUST be questioned as it is simply asinine. I know it will amount to nothing, but at least you can call out $copely on it's BS.

On a similar note, could the time between the end of the solo and faction MLCs also be extended to 6-12 hours rather than 1 hour?

Waking up at 3am to claim the faction rewards needed to max the solo MLC is a bit of a pain.

His comment was referring to the timer which actually existed. Not the length of the timer. We have already requested for the pw to be brought back for a limited time.
