Daily Login Reward reset

I went to login and get my 3 Star Wendy Richter and the login reset back to the the first even though it is the 28th.

  The daily login rewards reset everyday at 4:00 pm Pacific. Please pay attention to the timer that shows when the next reward is available.

  The good news is there is another 3 Star Wendy Richter available in March. Thanks!
