Missing Rewards after purchase (3 Weeks later and nothing)

1. What exactly is not working? Not getting my rewards.
2. Where in the game did it happen? In store purchase
3. What are the steps to reproduce it? I just stopped collecting rewards for now.
4. When or since when did it happen? Wednesday 24th between 6am to 6:30am Japanese time.
5. How often do you experience this issue? I did 1 purchase and did not receive the rewards shown on the picture. (it's still going on)
6. What device are you playing on? Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus.
7. Which OS and game version? Android 11 latest version of the game, I don't know the number.
8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) Ericantona1989 is the same for both.
9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Restarted both phone and app and now it shows the same reward at a cheaper price now.

  Guess what it's another mistake 🙄 however, they aren't going to give you the 55 pulls. Yet the 40k shirts was different 🤣🙄
