Street Showdown event

Pros- the points off the portal were well received. There being points for the faction event in the solo was helpful to an extent. Events that feed into each other allows for more excitement.

cons- well where to begin the sd tournament itself was a absolute mess. Some people could endlessly pay coin to recycle new opponents and still not find a match. I literally saw people hitting upwards of 900k to reload. There seemed to be a delay in showing a change in roster on both offense and defense making people appear to be cheating that were not. It also made matches appear in the logs at a large delay. The solo event suffered from the same issues as normal. The characters veered too far into the rare category making progress in the event nearly impossible for most. I am not suggesting everyone should be able to max every event but everyone should be able to realistically gain 75 percent of an event and resources of value. Beyond that the faction event was extremely limiting. If you did not have the fairly rare characters you could not contribute to the event unless you decided to spend a crap ton of medkits. If you had all the characters you were a superstar if not you were forgotten.

I liked the event overall. I gained 33,000 sd-coins, reached 6,2 mio. milestone and got some nice rewards overall. If you dont want to spend (too much) money on the game, just accept that there are limits to what you can reach. It can still be satisfying to max the event to your personal limit.

what sure was annoying this time definitely was the non available issue. Esp. on the first hours. After some hours it worked better and with some persistence and luck you could reach your personal goal. What was surprising: i hardly ever got attacked even though i had my defence down throughout 95% of the event. Maybe that was related to fixing the non available bug?!

As said the prizewall ended 24 hours earlier than said, which is a massive kick between the legs on an already messy showdown tournament.

showdown events need to end now they aren’t fit for purpose

The prize wall having the option to redeem one Street Profit coin for 2,000 coins was awesome and I hope this happens for every prize wall, even if the reward is tiny. It's so nice to keep the extra items out of inventory and feel like you left nothing on the table.

This event was trash! You make community events near impossible to max, and even if it was possible to max you made the showdown impossible to play. You're ruining the game for people who dont/can't spend small fortunes.
