Loss of life from crash

IMO if the game crashes your character should go back to life total he/she started match with since the match basically never happens.

    This exactly. It's tiresome having to take a screehshot and open a ticket every time there is a crash.

    Hi Champ,

    We understand the frustration that this causes. The best way to handle this is by taking a screenshot and contacting support. The issue with changing it so you don't lose the health is it would make matches easier. You could intentionally crash the game if things were going badly or you got a bad board and go back in to retry without penalty.

    I do that. 50 percent of the time they will reimburse you for your loss.

    Sometimes I wish it would just take me right back into the match right where it was but that would come with its own set of problems.
