Superstars unattainable to progress in leagues

I'm getting frustrated that there are several Hell Mode matches that cannot be completed for new players. Several of the matches require 3 star gold or 4 star versions of superstars that are not available in the loot. For example in order to level out of League 12 you must complete Madrid on the European Tour and have to have a Shield Member to do so. None of the Shield Members are available in any loot, making leveling up impossible.

Hello @VAWeasel_83 I have moved this post to feedback and suggestions as nothing is currently "broken" I believe you can get shield superstars from the silver league loot pulls. Have you tried looking there? Thanks

I just double checked and Shield members are not in the silver loot. Other necessary superstars like Luke Harper and Cesaro "The Professional" are also missing from that loot.
