ANDRE HOF BAG
Hi, from what I understand, this week they gave a compensation award where you could get the character Andre HOF.
I would like to know if this award was for everyone or only for a selected group?
I say this because in my case that message never reached the mailbox.
I made the same query in the in-game help system and got no response.

As far as I know, it was delivered last week but nothing came to me

contact support and they'll be able to tell if you received it and opened it.

I did not receive it for that reason, I already wrote 2 times to the support in the game and they do not answer, so I wrote and asked here if it was for everyone or only for a specific group.
