IDK the rules or correct way to do things on here. Confusing 4me.. I Was told to get a support ticket or some shht but I have to study the portal to find it so I'm aware. I'd appreciate it if staff doesn't come at all disrespectfully like they so often. ... Disclaimer aside. I've tried to getmy issues taken care of so many times thru the ""proper channels"" made no progress.
