I have no points in the community event?

I have been logged in to the portal, played the normal stage of the Royal Rumble event and come back to the events tab and it shows I have zero points in the event.

Do I need to play in the portal only? Does playing on my phone count? This is a little confusing.

Same, have played over and over the matches I can up to and including he’ll mode, nothing counts. Frustrating. I would raise a ticket, but I imagine it would go like every other one I raise and will be answered after the event

I have the same issues and l almost finished the tour...except the 2 5 stars guys l did it all.

U have to break get gold loot gem means last loot gem that gives u the t'shirt which counts in that community events
