Out of memory and fatal memory exceed issue

I'm having issues with the game when playing through Chrome browser on my laptop.

One is out of memory pop up., it can appear anytime whether during match or anywhere in the game. Something to do webGL player settings for the developers.

Another problem is SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED. When it happened, it will crash the game instantly. Usually it happen when the game transition screens but mostly when I start a match.

Both errors result in having to restart my game and loose all the health of my wrestlers. Not only that it create problems during feuds because my wrestlers will start with 1hp+(whatever bonus from medals). Just in this latest flash feud no.3 they happened to me at least 3 times.

Here is an screenshot of Out of memery problem during first feud. I didn't make any screenshots during the last one because I was in hurry and feuding was more on my mind. I will update with fatal memory excceed screenshot when it happen again as I don't have screen shot of that for now.

Any advice for how to solve the problem?

@RageDune this is something we are working hard to solve. If you have many other tabs or other memory-intensive programs running on your computer at the same time, this can cause this memory issue.

We are working right now to optimize memory usage and will keep you updated on improvements in upcoming releases in the next few weeks. Thanks for your patience here.

Chrome and Firefox are the best browsers to run the web game on. With Chrome, make sure you have "hardware acceleration" turned on.

@paley13 Thank you for the reply. I play with 2 tabs opened( web portal and other is this forum ). Nothing except avast antivirus is running at the background. Also I don't have this problem during daily uses like youtube and twitch or web surfing with 20+ tabs opened while listening to music apps.

Just FYI, this happened just now during feud. 2 of my highest wrestlers HP reduced to minimum. I can't compete while my superstars are on the verge of K.O. I wasted my time and my team mate because of this even without considering HP packs and heal tokens which has to be used unnecessarily.

I really hope this got solved very soon because web portal is the only way available for me to play for now.

@RageDune we are actively working on this memory issue right now. I'll keep you updated on progress. Thank you for your patience here. This memory problem is worse during Feuds because of the sheer number of battles and amount of data being sent back and forth quickly. So during Feuds, a safe thing to do would be to refresh your browser/game any time you notice the game starting to slow down until we get this memory issue totally fixed.

@Amon83 this should happen much less frequently now. Can you tell me any other programs you had running on your computer at the same time? Or how many browser tabs you had open?

I play about 4 hours a day and then I turn off everything I can and only have one tab open. From observations and tests in chrome the error appeared much more often than in firefox in which the error has not appeared for 10 days

Please fix this soon. I love to play on Chrome on my PC, is so comfy. But I have lost so many characters and their HP because of this error. For technical reasons I can't use Firefox, so this is a burden for me. PLEASE fix this soon.

Thank you, because of the current summer heat right now in my area, I can't play properly on my phone, it's overheating and making gameplay sluggish. Would be lovely to be able to play on PC when my phone can't. Thanks for the words and I hope the team can solve this soon.

Is there any information on the development of this? This has been happening since launch to no avail. I've tried all four compatible browsers and the game keeps crashing after 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay. It's frustrating and makes you think what is the point of releasing a version of the game that doesn't work and hasn't been fixed for months :(

@Firpo , @paley13 Hello once again. I have encountered few problems/bugs in recent days.

I saw that wwe champions game can be played from chrome apps so I tried it.

During the feud I finished my lane already and waiting my team mate to finish, this out of memory happened.

Following bugs are happened to me while using webportal so I report them here but if this is not the place for them please let me know and I will repost them accordingly.

One problem is upper part of my game screen become black.

when this happened, I can still move the gems around and match them but I can't use any of my moves. If I'm facing easy opponents I can win from just gem damages alone if I am lucky and reach the end of pin bar. Otherwise I have to either quit the match, lose all hp or keep playing until I lose and lose hp, It happened suddenly in middle of the matches, no warning, no indication.

Another problem I just got was during special tour match. I was playing with lower talent new version of blue chipper rocky mavia against andre the giant. I knew I will lose once but my strategy was to revive him once and use my moves to finish the andre and win it. I used all my props to keep andre moves filling up and when I finally lost for the first time I revive my rocky with all my moves filled and found out I can't use any of my moves despite they are full.

I keep playing thinking it might be a glitch and next turn I might be able to use them but found out i still can't. I lost again and revived him once more to see if it's still the same, and yes it is. can't use my moves anyway. lost probs and cash due to that.

@Firpo , @paley13 Sorry for the double post but I just got a new bug which is affecting the game on portal.

I was playing on portal as usual and just noticed that some of the images in game are not loaded. I thought it might be my internet being slow and waited for few mins but they didn't load. I tried clearing the browser cache and refresh the page. After game was loaded, found out almost all of game images are not loaded. See the pictures please.

I've clear browser cache and cookies, restarted my laptop, restarted chrome, still the same. Please advice me how to fix it so that I can continue to enjoy playing on portal.

None of the superstars avatars are loaded. waited for a while to see if they load but they didn't load at all. This seriously affect the game play as I wouldn't be able to immediately pick up the superstars I needed to.
