Move changes that have to be made

Hello scopley I need any Move changes between Rey Mysterio and Ted dibisia nwo because we are forgetting them because of some move are the wast of use or the less damage or top tier so my request is to change their moves like last JBL event

    Hey champ, both of these superstars have good movesets. I would suggest changing it up and finding what works for you.

    But I think some move or that move mp should be charge because some moves are not getting refill fast and I think like JBL if you improve any of them moves I would love to see their improved move set

    Like if Rey Mysterio get his two green moves for 1mp that would be best and please increase his gem generation in 4SG and same for Ted dibisia his moves are awesome but if you reduced his 9mp yellow move to 7mp and his purple moves to 6mp he could be best character or if he have gem damage boost he can give some good damage I think so

    So please change one of this two superstar moves that should be best or amazing
