I had an awful experience buying a hall of fame pack. I received an amount of coins that wasn't enough to get anything. So I received nothing at all in exchange my money.

I like the idea of if you spend a certain amount you are guaranteed a certain level character.

Even offset has to mean EVEN odds. Its literally a lie. All superstars in the same group i.e. common, uncommon, etc should have the same chances or otherwise stated.
