I want that tuf seth badly but I think he is not for me

I am playing this game when it launches and playing for 1 Yr and leave it for something but now i open the game and everything changed... Ive opportunity to get that seth at that time but nothing happens i ve opening every loot and no seth I want him if scopely see this please give me that seth please I want him I will make him 5 star if u give him to me
