I think adding the ability to choose from lower level character pools would be a great feature. For example a level 14 player can toggle backwards to level 10 where dusty and honky tonk are still available.

I actually held back on moving up a league because I was hoping to pull Eddie and knew he wasn't in the next higher silver league loot pool. I gave up on that and still don't have eddie. But there are definitely characters I dont have that are in lower league pools that I'd really like to get or even get shards for.
