What a Year - December MLC

I liked the structure of this month's tours. It always frustrated me when tour branches were hidden behind rare characters. To see each tour this past month basically open with a handful of few levels locked behind rare cards but mainly just the bonus rewards being locked away makes all the sense in the world. This is fair, still allows just about all players to participate and complete tours where those with the cards can compete for the MLC.

This was a great idea and I hope this formats continues from here out.

I liked the way we were able to get four star tokens, coins, health packs and more. I enjoyed being able to participate in the tours.

i believe the tours could be better and that's for any month. You will have the tours where there are things that are needed to advance in the monthlong contest..... but 9x out of 10 a person doesn't have the superstars required. Give those that have the superstars a better chance of advancing in contests and building rosters. And the featured superstar tours (JBL HAWK) where a person can't get superstar or points... that could definitely use an upgrade. But overall good contest.

Nothing really stood out as overly negative this month other than massive spend requirements.

The amount of resources would have been low if not for the Christmas deals so I hope that is taken into consideration for the future. The tours were a bit too scaled to 5s and forced most to use too many props and cash rebuys. Scaling can’t go to 5ss yet when we are still at 4ss for other game aspects.

Chase shards were not as plentiful but still possible. Coin and TP events are way too drastic. People cannot keep up.

overall I would give the month a C. A lot needs to be rectified with our resources and the demand for them still.

Great leaving the tour bonus characters up instead of taking them away after 24 hours. The coin and tp events need to be revamped. It’s just too much resources and not even given back. Other than that a typical MLC.

My biggest complaint is that each month since my return in August seems to be more and more restricted and trending more and more to P2W which is what made me take a long break before returning last August. I went hard that month and was able to get Mella to 4SG and get the HBK for that month. The proceeding month Pete was lackluster so I didn't try that hard, still was a couple hundred shards from getting Walter though, which I was fine with because I didn't try that hard. Then October I was excited for Zombie month. So I went hard again, got zJeff to 4SG and recruited zHHH and everything was fine. However, starting in November is when my frustrations started back up. I tried really hard that month, finished like top 50 in the MLC and wasn't very close to getting Trish. Which to me made no sense that I finished TOP 50 in the MLC and was multiple milestones away from getting the free 3SB Trish in the last Milestone. Yet in previous months when I tried, I easily got those done for HBK and zHHH. Then again in this past month. I got lucky and pulled a 4SG Lacey day one. Went really hard for the entire month at the prospect at getting Randy and bringing Lacey to 5SB with the month long tokens for her...However...by the end of the month I was NO WHERE CLOSE to having the 4k tokens, I think I only made it to about 3k. I was part of a top 20 faction and still finished in the top 100 for the MLC. Not to mention I didn't even get 1000 shards of Randy!? I remember for August I got Mella to 4SG and had an extra 2k tokens after that....Yet in the month I finally get the 4SG...I'm no where close!? This game baffles me in that so many people spend so much money and only like the top 5 people in the whole game even get anything. Personally I think the top 1,000 players should be able to finish the MLC and get the 3sb month long character. Yet instead, it feels more like oh no! 50 people OUT OF THE WHOLE GAME finished the milestone contest and got the 3SB, we better lessen the resources so they have to spend 500$ more to do that. Like seriously? Not to mention all the other complaints I've read about lower resources. We're now up to 5SS characters, and still getting the same rewards or lesser ones. Hell the highlight of some months are the occasional mess ups. Such as one of the previous months, the vault had a pull that was 500TP at first instead of 50tp, which was fixed within the first 30min. I was lucky enough to get one and it still barely helped. Yet 50 is so common and pretty well chump change for a person with a high end roster. Even with the new Royal Rumble tours coming out and expressed to have a lil bit more than previous tours. I finished What I was able to day one and reap very little reward. Whoopty dooo, I was able to enhance one character one time out of the 207 I own...
