I know it was said that it was passed onto the team, but when is it getting resolved because its effecting solo mlc contest, which ends tomorrow. We need those daily rewards issued.

Yes, the issue is not that we can't claim more than once per day but each day the past 5 days at least, its also listed as claimed even when it hasn't been claimed. So, we're not receiving our daily rewards which help with the solo mlc progresssion, which ends tomorrow.

Where is the today free daily offer for MVP on the web portal?

Yeah, same issue here.
Also, is the Lashley claim supposed to be 30,000 only? It's been 500,000 and 300,000 points in the past. Showdown coins are also worth much less for this event, so the scoring seems off.
