Game is not balanced

I and most us think that the game is not balanced because we don't get new characters or rare or super rare characters for free unless we spend if we spend we've don't get the rare or super rare or new characters in the roster we only get the shards of common and uncommon this is not fair for balancing the game just give us the characters in two star or one star superstar not more shards please no more shards
