State of the Game - 5SS Incoming

With the game now releasing 5SS Superstars the gulf has started to increase to a point where it is unachievable for the majority of the community to get enough resources to take multiple superstars to 5SS.
Daily a player can earn
Deadman Daily - 280,000 Coins
Daily Tour (Monday Night Raw etc) - 115 TP a day.
Showdown has been nerfed when previously we used to be able to get 8m.
Feud does not give back resources that are invested through Perks.
With the cost of perks increasing each month there needs to be more avenues for increased resources (Not just royal rumble tours every 3 months)
Some suggestions to help manage this would be
- Ultra hell mode added
- An increase of given rewards based on the League you are in
- An overall overhaul of rewards
- A timer on road matches, so we can get first rewards again after a given time.
- Update loot boxes
- Transform unused evo tokens to TP of the MLC character
Just spitting some ideas. General concern is balance that is completely gone....

The tokens I get. It isn’t supposed to happen over night. But like mentioned in the past, the balance with coins and TP is gone.
My level 193 Fandango needs 640k coins for the next level, while Deadman’s Daily only gives 280k coins and the 1.600 from loot crates isn’t helping much either.
Same goes for TP. In Showdown Live we can get 110 TP, while you need 320 to just go from level 13 to level 14.
Could there be some kind of change to it?
Ideas:

I’d agree with a new “ultra hell” mode.
how about mixing it up on fueds eg max 3star or max 4star- people would need to plan their rosters.
increase HP it hasn’t changed since day 1
invasions?
get rid of fueds?
I do think it has got better with the new tours so you can do some but not all, however with this rewards have dropped and requirements grown.
perhaps make the vip packages better - that would give you the income you want - at the moment the bonuses are trash’s over the kok

I think every 3 months should be a resource month and a chance to earn the three prior months chase characters again via shards or bags etc....
ultra hell mode would be good to release in all the tours and dailies for resources.... but in the dailies (ultra hell mode) there should definitely be more coins, tp and better tokens (4sg etc)
a health pack daily mode should be added.... just like the coins but only Health packs
this 12 days of Christmas is was a bust in my opinion due to the requirements, if they are going to do something like this (twice a year) it needs to cater to all players not just the spenders.
i love the get the character level him or her up and and then try to earn him. That should be every month. It makes the game fun and made me spend money. So we both win (scopely and I)
token pulls should be added like they added the gear pulls to the faction wall. You get a hanger and do a pull well you should get a token and do a rare token pull as well.... cause these tokens are super hard to get unless you pay
flash feuds are horrible and unless you stay up for long periods of time you can’t do “requirements” for your factions.... a Saturday and Sunday feud (24 hour ran) should be cool but that’s not necessary to be 24 hours but you get my point
a pull tracker should be added, so many pulls (free or paid) you get a prize.... what ever it is (my suggestion is a resource pack) you can save and carry over for a higher resource pack example you do 10 pulls you get a 2ss resource pack
20 pulls get 3ss pack etc

- Evo Token to be used as TP
- Dupe TP to be used as Star Fragments
- Health Pack tier : refer to Pokemon
- Token fusing : a specified amount of lower tier tokens to be forged into higher tier token
- Also slider for leveling up instead of just doing 1 lvl at a time
- Feud line up clearance button
- blitz line up clearance button

I think one of the biggest challenges is around the migration of tokens based on league status. I continue to get 2s and 3s tokens that I never use now as my rosta / league placing just simply doesn’t warrant them. If you look at the mle rewards they are stacked with them even upto the last milestones.
I do think that the leagues give you a prime opportunity to stagger the rewards .

Agreed. The resources given compared to resources needed has been off since 5sb were released. The balance has been gone for several months and the balance continues to get worse as events get screwed up more and more.
An ultra hell mode and also doubling rewards given in dailies, as well as changing tokens since 1s tokens are pretty much useless at this point would be a good start, but something needs to be done before the balance is so far out it becomes unfixable

I think a few simple changes to make farming more worthwhile would help balance.
- Add a 0 to coins from loot boxes, i.e. 800 to 8000
- Loot box TP changes - 1 to 5, 5 to 10, 10 to 25
- Add 4ss tokens to loot boxes for opponents above 10k talent.
Understand tokens can be a slow process, but 4ss shouldn't be where road blocks happen. Those have already become an issue with 5sb release.

I like your suggestions Shersta. The resource gap is becoming to large to keep up. (Unless you want to spend thousands on coins/TP.)

Hopefully, the team can go back and look at what resources were like when 4SS was the ceiling, and ramp up from that time accordingly. That includes:
- Increasing loot box rewards
- Increasing rewards from daily tours
- Reconfiguring Diamond and Headliner Loots (or creating new equivalents) and making them more accessible again (Talent Up and contest milestones, etc). e.g. Diamond Loot = 5SS and 5SG tokens, Headliner Loot: 4SG and 5SS tokens.
- 3SB should be minimal rarity for all pulls.
The team very well may be working on these things as we speak, but the surprise announcement of 5 Star Silver with no other corresponding changes beyond new Rumble tours feels a bit demoralizing.
I like some of the other ideas in thread, but the prospect of needing 50 4SG tokens, 100 4SS tokens, ~30M coin, and 3300 TP to take a Level 160 4SG Superstar w/ Level 12 moves to 5SS in the current game environment seems impossible for almost all of the player base.

i agree with the sugestion.
if you want to create some balance ultra hell is good but due to new tour added its been good that you rest all the tour except royal rumble so every one got first time reward again

Reduce the amount of blitzes needed and tickets needed to be spent. Change the blitz rewards back to resources like coins bags, TP bags, blitz tickets, props, health packs and useful tokens. Nobody wants keys to pulls for 20 shards of jobber characters and nobody wants endless universal turn buckles. However, adding some blitz turn buckles would help since they are rare. Can't get MP perks on blitz without pay wall.

I agree with a lot that has been said.
resources are very scarce. Showdown used to give us a decent amount but not anymore. We get stuck with many superstars sitting waiting to be leveled up because of lack of resources so many needed superstars remained unleveled.
extra tours and dailies would help and definitely boost rewards based on league level. What is 1000 coins going to do for someone who is league 15-16..

Biggest issue for me is perks. Not only is the FTP community at a major disadvantage, but perks really put the nail in the coffin. We could at least compete with our rosters straight up, but having to spend valuable resources, without a chance at any top rewards, just to stay even, really puts our roster growth behind the 8 ball.

Also, not to mention is the time factor, sure you can play thru Deadman Daily and get 280,000 coins but that is hardly worth the time investment. That is only one level on a 3* superstar, never mind 5*.

I have a couple of ideas.
- Make large coin/TP purchases available in the showdown shop
- Give players a choice of weekly showdown rewards. (Coins/TP/tokens/SD coins)
- Make some kind of inventory recycling option (at some cost obviously) where you can convert excess coins/TPs/tokens/blitz tickets to whatever you need

1) give us option of exactly what we want to recycle and what we can trade it for
2) stop allowing the AI to know which gems are going to drop

Need to review rewards for all events, the gold and tp doesn't cover enough to level up and Increase the higher level stars at 4sg and 5sb. Turnbuckles are a useless reward, as it is pointless the perks and costs dont match the investments needed.
The pulls need to be reviewed, to many times we get shards for pointless characters which are irrelevant. The top rewards are only for people who spend thousands on pulls which is not fair to all players.
The requirements to take part in some events are ridiculous having to do 100s of blitz matches to meet the requirements to max some events whilst alongside that is other events which require time to do as well.
Allow players to recruit stars at their own choice of level, makes a use for shards allowing people to recruit stronger stars with excess shards and allow players to recruit harder to get stars at a lower level meaning they can take part in more events.
A review of the leaderboard rewards allowing a better split of rewards not just reward the top 100 players if 1,000,000 are playing maybe 10000 or 100000 should be rewarded and a more even distribution amongst this. This would release more rewards to more people allowing them upgrade their stars.

Thanks for the feedback but that would make it too easy to obtain for people and balance would be thrown off in the economy but we'll pass it along to the rest of the team.

What balance is there in this game? The top faction pays for their Superstars and are MILES away from anyone else (considering you all give them month long perks as well). There is absolutely NO balance.
