Spend time with Family or this game???

Feedback:

1. Shorten the daily tours, the grind is too much each day. What you require from players time wise is too steep. 

2. Update the VIP tour, make it shorter and give rewards that are worth it. The VIP blitz isn’t worth the rewards. What you require from players time wise is too steep.

3. Give your players weekends off!!! The constant barrage of showdowns, blitzes and feuds is overwhelming. It’s thanksgiving, let’s give your players a huge chore while they are trying to spend time with their family. If that doesn’t work, let’s give you flash feuds on Christmas, again when players should be spending time with their families not staring at a screen and getting yelled at by their family for not paying attention to them. Again, the rewards aren’t worth the effort! You used to be able to grind a showdown and get the guy at the end, not anymore. What you require from players time wise is too steep.

4. Showdowns are NOT random opponents! I have to fight the same 5-star ZSCSA and Mr Sockos every match! Same players, same names...Surely you can figure out how to randomize your opponent. 

5. Please remove the loot pull block on my account. I haven’t pulled a new champion worth anything since before the war.

    Hey champ. There are no "blocks" on accounts from pulling new superstars. Each pull is RNG and based on luck. Odds are also displayed. Thank you for the rest of the feedback

    Hey Champ,


    If you're a VIP member you can get tickets to clear tours and lower your time required. Showdown matchmaking isn't supposed to be random.

    Appreciate your responses. Yes, I’m a VIP member and have spent more than I’m willing to admit. My feedback is a bit sarcastic hence the defensive moderator comments. I get it, but behind the sarcasm is REAL feedback that represents how much of your player-base feels. I’ve brought on a number of my friends to this game and they have spent even more than me and they, like me feel this game isn’t fun anymore. It’s a chore. I don’t dare quit because when you’ve invested a cars worth of cash into something it’s difficult to walk away from. My roster of over 1.4M consists largely of less thans that your new champions simply wipe the floor with. Can’t get any of those because the odds are and continue to be ridiculous despite your player-base begging you to change your ways. I will admit some of the improvements have been good, but unfortunately can’t overcome the myriad of issues that continue to plague this game. Those have been well outlined by the community without change.
