Potential stagnation of roster growth even with money

I had a bad string of pulls, especially with the what a year week 2 loot. All of Andrade, Keith Lee, Adam Cole and Hollywood Hogan are in a single loot. I know the loot is planned and supposed to work out of your favour, but those superstars are desired. But instead, my luck from the featured section had to be three fuses of the same wrestler! 3ss, 4sb and 4sg fuses of Pete Dunne. My $300 got me a 4sg free wrestler with 1600 shards on the side. Guess loot is not for every player.

I truly believe at this point is just dumb luck, but I feel you. During Halloween I spent nearly 250 bucks all month round, but can't complain, got zRock, zRollins and -finally- zAustin. Then in november I barely spent a single, literal, penny on equal odds loot and got Brie Bella. Now this month I just spent another 6 bucks and got Nicki Bella. It's just really weird and complex the way loot in this game works. Sometimes you get luck with 1 buck and others you wasted 300 dollars on nothing but useless fuses. It's a literal gamble after all.
