I have only been playing for 2yrs and missed out on a few characters like RVD, Justin Hawk and others I would like to do a pull where you could get shards or pull old characters to get some what caught up, anybody else down for that or agree

Yes very Much agree whit that, i also want those old fighters from the beggining in the shards pull whit 2000 shards to move them 4sg that Would have been Great

Well the whole point of them being taken out of circulation is because they are not allowed to offer them anymore due to licensing and that includes in any way including all those you mention.

I get the licensing issues, but how is that RVD can't be offered in some form when we still need his Yin and Yang symbols to upgrade and enhance Acrobat Superstars?

Nobody can really answer that outside of the WWE team that approves assets in game. If I had to guess, a yin and yang is a universal symbol
