This event haven't even started yet. I think it's a little early for the feedback... But I really like to see that they finally decided to make another normal version of HHH

The tour itself is nice. A lot of matches mean a lot of additional rewards. But what did you do to the loot boxes there?? The loot rewards are far lower than they should be. I mean: 100 coins in hell mode, beating Nakamura with 119k talent? Is that meant to be like that?

I don’t know why people say no one will get this character. I think people judge events too early. You never know until you try. Scopely works hard at making changes to # of bags of shards and yes it’s gonna be based on some luck. But still. I try to tell players do the best you can and earn as much as you can because you never know. Heck I gave up on the AJ tech event and didn’t even watch the video. But then suddenly BAM! I got him. So I had to go back and watch them all. So I encourage all players to always try at minimum you’ll get a surprise or close to that characters shards for next time.

Im playing this game for a year now for several hours a day. I also spend hundreds of Euro on it (not whale-style though). But i NEVER got any of those extra characters. Which im not complaining about. There are people who value this game even more than me (or money even less), that they are willing to spend tons of money on it. Without them the game would probably not exist since Scopely (to some people’s surprise) is not a non-profit organization.
Its perfectly ok that there are characters and tours exclusively for those. Thats the extra value you can buy. All the others can still play a very fine f2p-game with hundreds of free characters, 2-3 new free ones every month. They can develop their roster - more slowly than the whales, but still in a decent tempo that you can always see progress.
Sure, if you are super lucky there is a chance to maybe once in a while have a very lucky draw. Its not impossible, but the odds are extremely low. The key is to accept your limits you set yourself and your wallet and to enjoy the game to your degree. You do not need to finish every tour or reach every milestone. Check out whats ambitious, but realistic and then fight for it. Sure we can all tell Scopely what they could do better to improve our game experience. But if you only keep whining, then how do you wanna enjoy the game?
talking of whining: kicking me out in the middle of my last sd-match for today due to server maintenance is not a nice move, Scopely...

I was just wondering why the loot boxes prizes are so low? I've been grinding away in hell mode and opponents 10k and above loot boxes aren't good. I'd get less then 1k coins in all three boxes combined that have all coins.

That will be great if you correct this issue. But how do you want to do that now that we have finished all battles already? Will there be any kind of compensation for those who finished the tour?

Yeah i agree with you. Changing the issue now would be unfair. Just give us some nicer rewards for the 12 days of xmas events :)

I appreciate that Scopely didn't require us to use Hunter Hearst Helmsley in the Tour like they normally do with new characters, basically making one tour path unplayable. It would've been good if they had other tour paths so we could've earned more HHH shards.

Yeah, actually liked this event. I didn't get Hunter (I got like 500 shards, probably more if I wasn't lazy during the feud) but the tour was one of the better event tours in a while and it felt like you could make some headway in both the solo and faction event. The only complaints I really had is that the contest rewards (the ones for the tour were pretty good) felt a little underwhelming but they weren't super difficult to get so I can't really complain.
