Looks like these Forums will be as useless as shards soon
Some posts originally, but not a lot of action here.
This is like the in game Faction chat or when you got 5 shards as a "reward" to unlocking a character you need 2000 for.

well it's a forum, it's not a Q&A with developers, the purpose of forums is mainly to talk with your fellow players or gather feedback, not ask questions to developers or customer support.

The point of the forums isn't to help you with support tickets otherwise support would be pointless. The forums are a way to connect and interact with other players as well as the developers who have an active presence here including helping with some issues. The vast majority of the time you will need to contact support for an issue.

But we cannot connect and interact with other players when we have no direct contact with the people posting the messages. Yes people read the messages but then skip over them cause they have no answer's to questions they might have about a certain faction. And you really can't tell them all about your faction cause message are suppose to be short and direct. and if you post more then one message they get threaded together which in turn kind of makes your faction look desperate. When your just trying to take a different approach getting them linked to each other kind of makes the new approach meaningless. Just my opinions.

there's no PM's cause it would be free for all if there was and there would be no way to moderate it, people could be spammed or break the guidelines and we couldn't do anything about it.
You can connect with people just by replying to them on their message or even tagging them, if you want to have deeper conversations just exchange Discord ID's or something

because moderators can send messages and people that get warnings can reply to them as well
