Remove auto-scroll in faction hub

The auto scrolling animations in the faction hub when you complete an expedition are distracting and frustratingly unnecessary. The screen’s unresponsiveness while the animation is finalizing exacerbates the issue.

once a user gets their walkthrough and know where the coins from a completed expedition are deposited, the auto scroll is a redundant and purposeless exercise

please consider killing the auto scroll and while at it, allow us to fast-tap our way through the expedition screens so we’re not seeing the same info repeatedly.
