Notoriety amount gained versus lost

One of the main things that irks me to no end is the imbalance of the amount of notoriety lost in showdown matches

i have attached a few examples... I don’t understand how one loss takes up to 6x notoriety than one win

i would be fine with 2x maybe 3x but that makes the showdown grind even more grindy

like @Hottytom says its based on both player notoriety, beating someone much higher get them more notoriety and you defeated someone much lower so that barely gives anything

I can understand that... but i think the amount that I lost is completely unbalanced... so for one loss I need 6 wins to compensate... it’s bad enough the showdown grind is super long

To offset how you're dropping make sure you gave opponents that are closer to your notoriety level. Preferably higher as you get more points. The higher and further in notoriety you face, the better benefits for a win.

That makes sense in a perfect world but not when I am getting matched with people who have 5 star superstars and I don’t have a single one to compete
