Its truly a great idea since hof are very hard to get but needed for some tours or feuds. I just hope i will also get a male hof (i.e. Eddie) to fill this empty space as well.
Overall it‘s great to make the daily rewards really useful. Im very much looking forward to how that will look in detail. Brie and Eddie both need 2.000 shards to be fused and i do not believe you will be that generous :)

I´m also not such a big fan of those HOF or Master of the Universe Characters. But unfortunately, they can be quite powerful sometimes. HOF Lita for example would be a great addition to my roster (maybe in 2026 or so...). Sure, if you have both Bellas, you are well-equipped in the female sector. But sometimes there are tours or fights were HOF is demanded or offers extra points for contests. Thus, it´s not bad to have a HOF (if possible one male and one female).

I still HATE those HOF characters! As I've said before: the devs put absolutely ZERO effort into them and they look ugly. I'll not play with them for sure. So this "giveaway" is much worse then the November one.

Sorry you feel that way champ. Hall of fame characters are some of the best coaches in the game and some of the best characters in their classes. Slaughter is one of the strongest strikers and booker is excellent. Eddie is one of the better techs in the game. Hall is one of the top powerhouses with a massive finisher at 5s easily breaking 300k. Austin is one of the best tricksters too.

If you've read my post you will see why I hate them. Yes, they are super strong and top tier! But that makes me hate them even more, because instead of playing with normal characters with the unique look and videos Scopely is forcing players to play with those ugly idiotic statues which look like they are covered in sh*t! Instead of making normal versions of those wrestlers and dub a HOF label on them Scopely took the cheapest way out by making those goofy statues in which they put absolutely ZERO effort. Yes technically from the gameplay standpoint they are very powerful and easy to play but I have absolutely zero desire to play with those idiotic statues...
What the hell? Golga from the Oddities used to bring a doll of Eric Cartman from Southpark to the ring. So lets make an Eric Cartman character in this game!! Let's make him top tier! Yeah! He will be a great opponent for the Gobbledy Gooker for sure. And with those idiotic HOF statues and zombies that will be super.
PS: the last 3 line piece is sarcasm of course. Stating that in case Scopely will indeed decide to make an Eric Cartman character...

OK, I'll try 1 more time:
HoF characters are crap because:
- They look ugly and not realistic and that kills the presentation of the game as a wrestling game because a wrestler who is wrestling an ugly moving statue looks stupid
- They are NOT unique because scopely just took a model of already existing character painted it in 1 color and changed NOTHING. Entrance and victory videos are also almost the same. The fact that they are considering this a new character is a ripoff.
- The fact that they are made top tier totally kills the realistic elements of the game because there are a lot of players who don't care about the look of the character and they care only about getting a top tier characters. So they will gladly take these ugly statues and evolve them to 5 star and instead of having a wrestlers vs wrestlers match in Showdown mode I will always get a wrestlers vs an idiotic zombie and an ugly statue. And I valued this game as a WRESTLING game. I started playing it as a WRESTLING game.
Is that constructive enough for you?

I'm sorry you're struggling with what feedback is. Let's take a look at your third part specifically. It's not constructive and it's not really feedback. Again scopely has no choice in inclusion of the characters you're complaining about and your complaints seem to be you don't want them in your game because you don't like them and think they're stupid. That's simply your opinion and amounts to you upset that they include things that you don't like and being upset that others do actually like them.

Well, my third part kind of emanates from the first one. And it is a feedback indeed. I also offered what can be improved (change the look of the characters, make them real, full color, give them unique entrance videos etc.) that makes it constructive. Though if scopely has no choice in inclusion of the HOF characters it kind of kills my suggestion. But who has the choice then? And maybe you'll pass my feedback to those people. And again ANY feedback is just personal opinion of the man providing it. So that part "That's simply your opinion and amounts to you upset that they include things that you don't like" it can be applied to ANY comment with criticism. Of course I'm speaking only for myself! But I wouldn't say that others actually like HOF characters. Even in this discussion I am NOT the only one complaining! Probably I'm the most vocal but not alone for sure.

It's less your opinion and more you complaining that things aren't how you like without any real basis combined with your lack of understanding that they don't have a choice in the matter. The truth is that those who post on forums are vocal minorities. There are plenty of people who do like the characters design, rarity/exclusivity, and how good they are as characters or coach/trainers.

I'll admit that if scopely don't have a choice in the matter then my criticism should be directed at those people who have that choice. But the criticism itself stays the same. I'll also agree that the people who post on the forums are the minority. But trust me the majority of the players will tell you that they don't like the design of HOF characters, that's for sure! Yes some will say that they are good coaches/trainers but these's no way the majority of the players likes the design! Even judging by my faction nobody likes the design of HOF characters. We all communicate in discord and talk a lot about that. Yes some want to have them because they are top tier, but out of 100 people nobody likes how they look.

Its important we get your feedback, its also important to understand feedback comes in different forms from different places. So using phrases like "everybody thinks this" really emphasize one or a handful of personal views. When putting in feedback try to do it from your own perspective and from those in your circle, just understand not everyone thinks the same way.

Not really. When you look at the forum compared to reddit you find a very different stance on quite a few things. When you look at a larger space you find a very different view than the most vocal. Mammoth is literally saying he thinks its stupid therefore get rid of it and anything that's not traditional wrestling. He's Jim Cornette whining about aew and flies. Reality as pointed out scopely is forced to include these by wwe and a LOT of people enjoy them. Its not feedback to whine you font think it should be in the game especially being a prick about it

I've never actually said "get rid of it". The only thing I suggested was change the look of these characters, the design. And stated that scopely have put zero efford in them and that is true because they used the already existing models and just painted them in one color. I wasn't even complaining about the fact that they are only available if you spend a lot of cash. I just said if you really wanted people to spend cash give them something unique! As far as being the prick look at yourself first...

Because it's true. If you look around the forum you see plenty of people from the wider base that usually don't post and say positive things. Because his feedbakc isn't feedback it's him throwing a fit about not liking something scopely doesn't have a fucking choice in and trying to point to people here when if you talk to people in game there are a lot who do like them. It's not good feedback it's not feedback thats useful and its whiny at best.
