Missing rebate coins from max level trial Shawn

Any word on what’s happening with the missing rebate coins? I have gone through all the usual channels, customer service, Facebook, Firpo on Twitter but no one seems to be able to help. I have had similar issues at the end of other contests and they always claim they can’t do anything because the event or contest is over when they finally respond to me, so I am just a bit anxious about not receiving my last 7.5M milestone despite having max leveled the trial Shawn. Still.... nothing... we are getting ready to start a new month and no doubt another trial / coin reimbursement event but no one has gotten back to me from customer support on this issue !? Or even here on the forum - This should be an easy fix to correct/reimburse the coin.

Hi Champ, I understand how frustrating it is to not get a response but the only people who can help on this are support. Just keep trying for a resolution.

I’m in exactly the same boat - and just keep getting the same generic responses from support. There must be another way to escalate this surely?

We've escalated it to someone on our side but its ultimately up to support to complete the reimbursement process

Support from Scopley can be hard to work with. In my opinion the game's virtual economy induces players to purchase upgrades, and then decreases the value and effectiveness of the virtual goods to the detriment of the players within days.
