    Paying events should not exist as you should PAY TO WIN... but it doesn’t make you money so you don’t care what this player thinks

    We were encouraged 2 describe our experience with this event. So I didn't really benefit at all I got 1 Ball Pool but it was something tiny like 5, TP type of tiny. Otherwise I received 0 volt tools, ironed no Extravaganza bucks or whatever the name is? IDK they're green. And I got a lot of wins and multiple Thanksgiving Taurus then when I exit out and go back in it says that I'm still on the first guy with zero Stars learned, and when I beat that match I don't get the one time reward so I'm hoping it resets when the turkey thing is done with but it'll just be a new glitch. I'm sure I sound like a prick but if you guys would help me with like 15% of my issues no 30% of my issues I would be a freaking spokesman for this game!? As I'm bedridden home from work with an eye injury and nothing else to do but play this game ha go figure.. I got too lost in the glitches thisweek 4me to have an accurate recall

    Pros-the tier up rewards going to the entire faction was a great and welcome change. It seemed like quite a few factions got cena based on feud match ups. Getting "bonuses" for buying things by having the prizewall was a nice touch.


    cons-the vault coins being part of the pulls and having a limited amount in the vault lead to several people with 100's of vault coins that can't pull anything and got nothing from the vault besides the tier up rewards. The vault should reset when emptied to prevent this. It's been brought up repeatedly and making it part of pulls means you're getting items that are useless. The black friday deals in general were not very good. Previous years has had much better deals.

    What can I say it was another pay contest, however the upside of it all was the clearing of the vault to give everyone a rare card, which I thought was very generous.

    I want to mention that the Black Friday Solo Vault was an impossible and misrepresented endeavor. You never even gave us the opportunity to purchase enough coins to get anywhere near maxing the vault. I feel like there should be a collective refund to anyone who purchased the coins for this vault. You should not be advertising unattainable goals for these vaults like you did and you owe us an apology and need to change your behavior. I would expect an intelligent response to this complaint and not lip service. Thank you.

    Hello Justin. Your feedback will be passed along to the team. We have heard this same complaint from a few people. As forum mods we can highlight these issues and get them to the team for review to hopefully prevent this from happening in the future. From a design perspective most vaults require a community effort. Even in this one the extra benefit was from your peers spending on packs that give out the coins to your faction.
