Separate shards and characters in loot pulls
I'd like to see loot categories, especially the premium loot, where you are guaranteed a character (or equivalent shards) but not "5 to 50 shards" of a character. Especially where I'm spending real money to buy the loot coin.

I second this. I'm quite sick of receiving Triple H "The Authority" shards when I've spent 5.99 on one loot pull.

Exactly you should get the whole superstar not shards especially when you buy pulls there’s nothing more annoying than pulling shards instead of a whole superstar no matter the level.

Ive just spent over 3000 in game cash on the Rey Mysterio loot packs. I got 14 shards. Doesnt seem very fair to me.

I had a few tries on that loot too, probably 8 pulls in total. All shards the same as you. It's not fair to spend that much of something you've either worked hard to save or paid for and get so little in return!

I just did the five pills for the 2k and came away with 15 total shards. Two of the pulls were for 2 shards wtf done wasting my time and money on this if that’s the kinda crap I’m always getting
