Shawn Michael's trial not refunding proper coins

The message announcing the Shawn Michaels free trial character says all coins spent leveling him will be refunded, but they seem to be getting refunded to us as a contest every ten levels. If the free trial period ends and we are between two levels on the coin rebate contest, will we still get these coins back?

Further to my other post - The trial stars should come already maxed and levelled. The only reason not to do this is to make people use resources and then buy more !
You state that the math checks out but this is only if you can max the event. Why should we take the gamble? (As coins were definitely not full refunded with the Aleister Black trial) If you do not have the resources to level Shawn to the max you will loose out. Newer players and those with limited resources just get penalised!

They can't give the coins ahead and the reason for that is simple, people would just keep the 50,3 million coins and not do the event and get a free 50,3mil coins, that's why they give you back what you spend instead and they do it every 10 levels cause it would make no sense to do 209 milestone transactions. In your case it's an issue, as in it's not working as it should've, just contact support as we mentioned and they will handle it.

it'S not possible to send the character maxed, they can only send the character card, that's why. And it's not a "gamble" last time was cause the event was giving milestones until level 180 originally those that also was corrected so there's no gamble here

My HBK is at Level 181. To go up 10 levels is 5.65mil coins.
I'm at Milestone 18 with 180 levels levelled; the next milestone in 10 levels rewards... 5.55mil coins.
Whoever set this up needs to re-check their math.

If you really want to do it correctly just give us the trial already maxed out. Don’t say level him up and get your coins refunded. On the Black trail AND this one I have lost coins BOTH times. Your scopley math doesn’t add up.

Though I maxed him at 17199 still I'm missing nearly 5.61m coins that doesnt make sense at all while aliester event gave me 4m extra coins but now this shawn trial ate my nearly 6m coins this is absolutely shit and the customer care is replying after 15 to 20 days all our problems are unheard after the forum has started the in game reply has stopped I feel I should quit this boring and irritating events game seriously in place of giving your taking away resources also all the suggestions I gave you during the giveaway you made my messages as spam that itself showcases how much you care for players and their honest suggestions,truly you guys are becoming too greedy that will be a downfall for this game

There is 50,3 mil coins in the milestones and it cost exactly that 50,3mil from level 1 to level 210, if you collected all the milestones that mean you got everything back not a penny less, you can get your calculator and add the milestone yourself if you want confirmation. if for some reason your HBK was 210 and you dont have the last milestone, then that is clearly a case to open a support ticket for. And like we mentionned multiple times, it's not possible to send people a already maxed out character, just posters.

While that may be true the issue is you said level him up and get your coins refunded. If you don’t level him all the way then your math is wrong. Therefore you lose coins. It’s NOT 1:1 UNLESS you max him.

Scopely didnt refund any coins for DX trial! what wrong with you ? i maxed at 209 ? and got nothing ? last time i got only 6mil coins...are you cheating ? Lying ?

This is garbage then why not make it clear that coin refund would occur from the milestones? Another example of scopely screwing their player base

Well it was done the same as the last trial but we were then sent a refund on coins because I received over 9mil back in coin and I’ve been waiting and no coins have came through

Thats because the first trial didn't have milestones through the final level. This one did have them when you maxed the superstar

I wish it was - almost 3 weeks later and I’m still missing the coins and getting the same automated responses from support. Any way to escalate this further?
