Replace or release again old removed characters

There are at least 7 or more people in game you no longer have in any loot. Can you replace them with people you can put out or just put them in loots again please. There trainer abilities are definitely worth having

    they pretty much all had other characters released since that have replacement trainer abilities, and they cant pu t them in loot if they had to take em out of the game, thats the whole point.
