Use Cranberry Punch right away and choose a safe area of the board to place Countdown Gems, then follow up immediately with Dark Meat DDT; prioritize Blue matches (unless you have Gear, in which case you can instead prioritize your opponent's best match). On the following turn, use Stuffing Buster first, then use Dark Meat DDT to flood the board with high-powered Blue Gems.

If running Gravy Train, use it immediately to place random Trap Gems, then prioritize Black matches. Use Gravy Train again on the next turn, then use Farm 2 Table and choose an area that covers as many Trap Gems as possible; this will begin a gigantic cascade that will likely envelop the entire board and deal massive damage. If using Potato Masher, activate it each turn to keep your life total healthy.
