Will there be any more character moves for a 5 star gold?

New moves are unlocked when you gain a star at 2sb, 3sb, 4sb and 5sb, so in theory the next one would be at 6sb way down the road

Not really, if they just added tours and character and left the maximum at 3sg and never raised it everyone would just have all character maxed, there would be no progression and no "end game content". as games progress in time you cant just add content you also need to raise level caps just like MMORPG's have been doing forever
