Yes I agree. It is based on average talent. Sometimes you can put one or two of you best supetstars shich meet require.ts of blitz, then fill other slots with your 300 to 500 talent stars. This way each opponent shod be slightly less during the blitz. Using a healing character (when available) can make a huge difference.
