REMOVED 5000 cash for 700 prizewall coins
Why have you removed this Scopely? It was supposed to be available for 24 hours but it was only available for 4 hours. This has given other players to purchase this deal whilst others have missed out which is ultimately handing an unfair advantage to players. Please put this offer back and extend the it a further 24 hours so everyone has a fair chance.

I just heard some players got 10K IGC by spending 1500 tshirt and got great pulls. Then scopely removed it from store, not good for us who just wake up.

I came to know that some players got 10000 igc from 1500 tshirt , then offer removed. What is our fault? Why should some people got this privileges

Can you give us a real answer on this? This is an actual big issue
Providing some players this prize and not other is flat out unfair
So some people got 10k igc other did not. Unfair
I was too 10 in my faction. Did not get offer and dropped to about 50. My faction moves us based in rank. Unfair
I have screenshot that this is 24hr offer so this also was a flat out LIE.
Can you give us the courtesy of an actual answer rather than thanks for feedback

This is ridiculous. I've played since release day, and spent far too much time and money for this BS. This lame answer is the last straw, not even the free Rey Mysteio is enough to keep me now. This game is an absolute drag, a disappointment, an absolute circus.

A genuine response on this would be appreciated. As mentioned by others, 10,000 igc, particularly during an event which has ‘spend igc’ as a point method is a significant advantage for some players over others. Surely it only makes sense to let every player purchase the same items at the same cost??
Players who weren’t given the opportunity to purchase these packs are being punished here.

Hey Champ. As mentioned, the issue has been noticed and sent to the team for consideration. Moderators are able to assist on the forum and can pass along issues and help point you in the right direction. A different team handles the in-game support, design, etc. We have let them know of the issue and once we hear back can provide an update

This is why this new "forum" is useless when it comes to anyone wanting answers on issues that arise in the game. The mods are powerless. They will just "pass it along", which anyone who has played this game knows really means "We do not want to tell you we screwed up, and allowed SOME people to benefit, while the majority of you can piss off." We will NEVER get real answers on this forum for real issues, just like we have never gotten them from Twitter, Facebook, IG Support etc. You will NEVER see anyone who has the power to answer our questions on this forum. They will stay in the super secret discord reserved for them and leaders, answer a few questions there when one of the BIG FIVE pushes them for answers, and if we are lucky whatever they say in discord will make its way out to the rest of us. So lets just stick to "What star would you like to see in game?" posts and the like. That is why we will most likely see new mods every few months, because they will burn out quickly once they realize they are only punching bags for Scopely to use to avoid EVER answers real questions.

I can assure you that issues affecting the community are highlighted and frequently communicated to the dev/support teams. Hey Champ. As mentioned, the issue has been noticed and the team does not care about anything but the absurd $'s we charge in the store. We cannot have our champions get things for free in the store using IGC so had to remove this as soon as possible.
Moderators are able to assist on the forum and can pass along issues and help point you in the right direction but they will be ignored too.
A different and less capable team handles the in-game support, design, etc. We have let them know of the issue and we don't expect to hear back at anytime.

10000 igc costs them nothing...you couldn't just leave it for everyone to benefit? Ah...I thought this was a thanks month to the players?

The reason they took it down was because there was a current faction contest going on that gave points for cash spent. they put it out there then realized alot of factions would be able to max the event so they back tracked and took the offer down.

That's exactly how it helped me. I was lucky enough to see that offer and get in on it, and, while I got no good pulls, my faction did reach the next milestone in the faction event, a grab bag from which I got NWO Scott Hall gear.
