Both in attack or defence what's your favourite champion to use in showdowns?


I use Mr Socko personally for both. Love him but I'm excited to see what Rey is like for showdowns when I get him

    My favorite guy to use in showdown is vader i just love when the board blows up red

    I love a technical wrestler with a submission. Takes away their moves so you get less damage

    Juggernaut Roman is my go to defender and Andre is my favorite on offense. Honorable mention to Acro Jeff who has saved me a time or two with his force tag move.

    Use Gallows mostly - find me a showboat and then I just keep increasing their tag counter and wait for my trap gems and finisher to load up.

    Defence I don't bother setting - which is probably silly, but of late haven't had much fun with showdown and rewards have been unimpressive for the invested time.

    My setup is Rey 5b and nWo Macho 5b.

    My Rey has a 91% gem defense so he usually gets the job done, but just in case, if the Macho tag becomes available I run his Diving Elbow Drop, Diving Double Axe Handle, Piledriver combo. I'll lay the 7x Multiply gems and the two row break gems with Rey, tag in Macho, Use the DDAH move to double his gem damage, then use his DVE to knock out all of them. Generally runs about 300-400k damage before cascades. Easy pin from there.

    For me it really depends on the situation. I normally go by what is the boost/bonus for the toons in the month. But right now I have nwo macho in attack and zaustin in defense, however I will be changing it for the new John cena and zaustin and both loaded with legend belts and some good plates, double armor and double fury. But that’s me
