Shawn Michael's trial not refunding proper coins

Hell all. I had used 550k coins on my trial and went to collect rewards. My Shawn stuck at 68 and coins way lower. We not getting full refund. Please address this issue in next hour or 2 so we can properly try him out.

    The event keeps saying refund. But the previous event the refund was bull. And the claim was that rewards were part of the refund and then out of the blue there was claims that it was a 'rebate' event even when I proved there were no actualities that it was ever a rebate event. Where is the guarantee that we will in fact get back what is loss?

    Hey everyone. The math checks out when you max the event. There is a slight variation between different milestones. We will take this feedback to the team for review.

    You can’t max the event - I’ve maxed out HBK but have only hit 20/21 milestones......unless it’s a glitch with only mine.....

    I have noticed the same thing, on this trial "rebate" I have actually lost coins due to the uneven return rate. I started with over a million coins, by the time I got to level 80 I was down to 54k coins and couldn't reach 81 where the next milestone was for 956k, so this is definitely not the same exchange rates as the first "rebate" event with Aleister.

    I agree with the previous post- you claim to give a refund for coins spent. However you do not get back what you spend! Not by a long way. The same thing happened with the Aleister Black trial and you refused to honour a refund to those that picked you up on it. Why do you mis-lead people into wasting resources? Frankly it’s disgusting!

    just give people the trial character fully levelled with all moves maxed already. Unless of course you have an alternative reason for deceiving players

    You get them back if you level up in groups of 10. If you go from 60 to 70 you are good and get them back.

    If you go from 60 to 69 you need to get to 70 to get the funds back

    @KingKerr maxing the event gives you a 1:1 ratio on coins spent to coins reimbursed.

    The math checks out, just add all the coins from the milestones and you will see, it is 50.3 million coins which is exactly what it takes from level 1 to 210. You have to keep in mind tho that milestones pay back every 10 levels as it would make no sense to have 209 milestones but if you max him out you get every since coins back, not a penny less.

    That is good you can get everything back if you clear it for those of that don't have as many coins from the beginning or opportunities of new coins. I am out of tshirts to get more coins in the prize walls and tours that pay for new coins. I do not have the time or health packs to play old matches over and over again to try and get loot box coins to hope i can clear it. For those of that put the effort in and unable to max it do we get the coins back that we spent over to level him to where we got?

    Which is great if you can max the event.......but you can’t, or at least I can’t. HBK is maxed out but I’m one level short on the event meaning I can’t hit the last milestone to get my coins reimbursed......

    Then why am I farming coins at lvl 121 and 131 to get the next milestone if we are being rewarded what we spend?. Its because they are not rewarding enough. You can either pay attention to people speaking facts or just keep saying the same thing over and over again from the script.

    @Boztiger its not a 1:1 ratio at each milestone. Only once you max the event are all the coins reimbursed

    And what about players who don't have enough coins to level him up to maximum level?? They just got screwed over and it is OK?? Where have you stated that the coins which were spent on that trial Shawn Michaels will be returned in full ONLY if we will take him to the maximum level???

    So if a player can't farm the extra MILLIONS of coins between 181 and 191 etc they are stuck just eating those millions of coins lost. At first I thought it was a mistake.... Now it sounds like an intentional screw job.

    This feedback has already been provided that the reimbursement should be 1:1 at each milestone. However as it stands with this specific contest you would need to max it for full exact reimbursement

    I think -- I haven't done the math on this yet -- it looks like they missed a level. You have to level him up to level 11 to get the first milestone, but only get reimbursed for levels 1-10. Level him up to level 141, you get reimbursed for levels 131-140. So until you hit that last milestone, you're a level's worth of coins behind.

    apparently yours didnt register one level as it should've be 209, should be easy to fix by contacting support
