Tips for reaching the most milestones in MLC?

Does anyone have any good tips for reaching the milestone rewards in the MLC each month? I seem to struggle with levelling up the free character because my roster isn't strong enough to beat Hard Mode with 3 stars to get to Hell Mode.

What do people recommend is the best way to maximize achievements when your roster might not be up to the task. Think my highest rated superstar is just over 9000 in talent!

    I would suggest working on your roster a bit more and complete as much of The Road as possible. Make sure you can complete your dailies, and use sub-events such as coin/TP/Talent up etc to work on your roster for extra rewards. Once you've built a great stable then you can focus on building MLC specific superstars
